Some schools say they dont accept online course credits? My transcript doesnt say it was online so how would they know? Also as a side note notre dame has a surprisingly large transfer rate for a private 4 yr with that reputation.

Which schools? It usually depends on a couple things: whether the courses were taken at an accredited institution, what kind of courses they were, and if sufficient hours were taken. If you took the courses at your community college, and they’re not vocational courses, and there’s no indication they were taken online on any transcripts, then you’re probably ok.

Yeah, some schools (like Notre Dame) are surprisingly transfer-friendly versus other similar schools. Vanderbilt is another one.
