Since opening its doors in 1961, Augusta Technical College has maintained a long-standing history as a successful public, comprehensive, two-year institution. We are located in Augusta, the second largest city in Georgia. Minimum GPA for Applying:
Augusta Tech does not publish a minimum GPA requirement for transfer admission consideration.

Minimum Grades for Transfer:
A grade of "C" or higher must be earned for courses to be transferred. A grade of "TR" will be entered on the permanent record.

Credits (Min/Max):
A student must complete in residence at least 25 percent of the credit hours for graduation.

Test Scores for Applying:
The submission of official SAT or ACT scores is required.

Letters of Recommendation Required:
Augusta Tech does not publish a requirement for letters of recommendation.
