Applying to Transfer

Transfer Agreements:

Minimum GPA for Applying:
To transfer out as a upper-level student you will have more then 60 credits with a GPA of 2.00 or better (2.4 for nonresidents of California) in all transferable college units attempted.

Minimum Grades for Transfer:
Minimum grades required to be a C or better in all transferable credits.

Credits (Min/Max):
Complete or will complete prior to transfer at least 30 CSU transferable semester units of GE.

Test Scores for Applying:

Letters of Recommendation Required:
Are in good standing at the last college or university attended, i.e., you are eligible to re-enroll.

Application Fee:
As part of EOPS services, eligible EOPS students receive Admission Application Fee Waiver upon transferring to a four-year university, CSU or UC. The waiver covers the fees for applying to as many as four campuses of the university, see acedemic counselor.

Other Requirements:
Students may waive placement testing if they have taken specific college courses or standardized tests.
