Applying to Transfer

Transfer Agreements:

Minimum GPA for Applying:
Darton College does not publish a minimum GPA requirement for transfer admission consideration.

Minimum Grades for Transfer:
A grade of C or better is required, and credit is issued for equivalent courses in your curriculum at Darton. A maximum of two courses carrying grades of D may be transferred if they satisfy curricular requirements and if your transfer GPA is at least 2.0.

Credits (Min/Max):
A maximum of 42 semester hours of academic work may be transferred to Darton College. A limited number of credits earned by correspondence may be transferred if they carry satisfactory grades and meet curricular requirements.

Test Scores for Applying:
SAT/ACT scores are not required for admission.

Letters of Recommendation Required:
Student must submit a statement of good standing with prior institution for admission consideration.

Essay(s) required:
Darton College does not ask for an essay or personal statement on the application.

Application Fee:
There is a $20 non-refundable application fee.
