Delaware Technical Community College is a statewide, open admission institution of higher education, providing academic, technical, and corporate and community training opportunities to every resident of Delaware at four conveniently located campuses. Over 100 degree, diploma, and certificate programs are offered in a variety of technical areas. Other offerings include youth programs, workforce training for adults, and industrial training for upgrading employees' skills. Delaware Tech has an "open-door" admissions policy for its campuses but not an "open-door curriculum policy. There is no minimum GPA for admissions.

Minimum Grades for Transfer:
A grade of "C" ("C-" not accepted) or better must be earned for a course to be evaluated for transfer.
