Transfer students with a low GPA will be admitted in an academic warning status, and are strongly encouraged to visit with the Academic Advising Center or with their assigned advisor.

Minimum Grades for Transfer:
Harding University does not publish a requirement for a minimum grade of transferable courses.

Test Scores for Applying:
Submit official ACT or SAT scores. Transfer students who are transferring 14 or more hours are not required to send us a copy of test scores.

Letters of Recommendation Required:
2 reference forms: an academic reference from a principal/counselor/teacher; and a character reference from a minister/church leader/long-time family friend. Transfer students who are transferring 14 or more hours we will not need an academic reference.

Essay(s) required:
Harding University does not publish a requirement for an essay or personal statement.
