Knox College is a small, selective liberal arts college located in Galesburg, Illinois. The college has a rich history that begins with its 1837 founding by anti-slavery reformers and, more recently, includes Barack Obama as commencement speaker. Knox College wins high marks for its value (nearly all students receive grant aid) as well as the strengths in the liberal arts and sciences that earned it a chapter of Phi Beta Kappa.
