The minimum GPA requirement for transfer is 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale).

Minimum Grades for Transfer:
Transfer credits will be granted for courses carrying a letter grade of "C" or better and applicable to the student's degree requirements.

Credits (Min/Max):
You must complete 54 credits at NJCU to receive a bachelor's degree.

Test Scores for Applying:
If you have fewer than 12 semester hours of acceptable credit, scores from the SAT I are required.

Letters of Recommendation Required:
NJCU does not publish a requirement for letters of recommendation.

Essay(s) required:
The Admissions Office requests that you write an essay (not more than 250 words) explaining your aspirations and motivation for attending NJCU. Take this opportunity to tell us more about yourself and your interests as well.
