There is a minimum GPA of 3.0 (from 4.0) requirement for transfer.

Minimum Grades for Transfer:
Only courses with a C or higher will be considered for transfer credit.

Credits (Min/Max):
Maximum transferrable credits vary by program. A minimum of 60 semester hour credits must be completed at Tulane to earn your bachelor's degree.

Test Scores for Applying:
ACT or SAT test score are required for applicants with less than 30 credit hours.

Letters of Recommendation Required:
Tulane does require a Counselor Recommendation Form be submitted with your application. We do not require recommendations from instructors or other sources, but are happy to review them with your application.

Essay(s) required:
As a transfer student, you are not required to submit a new essay. You are asked to write a personal statement with any information you would like the admission committee to take into consideration when reviewing your application (250-500 words).
