Williams Baptist College is a four-year, coeducational, liberal arts college. Williams is a private institution, owned and operated by the Arkansas Baptist State Convention. WBC is located at Walnut Ridge, a community of about 7,000 people in northeast Arkansas. WBC offers 25 major fields among its diverse programs of study. The student/teacher ratio is 13:1, allowing students to receive personal attention from their instructors. Average classroom size is 17. More than half of the faculty hold doctorates, and all have master's degrees. Our student body includes men and women from 12 states and 5 foreign countries. Enrollment for the fall 2006 semester was 625. Over 60% of students on the Walnut Ridge campus are resident students.

No more than 66 semester hrs will be accepted from an accredited 2-year institution. Up to 30 may be accepted from an accredited theological seminary. A total of 30 hrs of extension and correspondence credit from accredited institutions may be accepted.
