Angelo State University's 268-acre campus is located in San Angelo, a small city in West Texas. Angelo State has a minimum GPA requirement of 2.0 on all completed transferable coursework.

Minimum Grades for Transfer:
Grades from all transferable courses will be used for admission purposes, but will not be calculated into the cumulative GPA at ASU. Only transfer grades of C or above can potentially be used toward an ASU degree plan. Grade of WF is averaged as F.

Credits (Min/Max):
A maximum of 66 hours may be used toward ASU degree plans from accredited 2-year colleges. ASU requires a minimum of 30 semester credit hours to be taken in residence, including 24 credit hours of advanced work in order to receive a bachelor's.

Test Scores for Applying:
Students with fewer than 18 transferable college-level hours must submit official SAT/ACT scores.
