Can you explain the three additional forms on common app and how to use them? (final report, registrar, mid-term)

So if I went to a high school in China, is it ok to ask my high school to send all transcripts to me so I can send them out to each school?

And the final report should be in each envelope with the high school transcript?

Can I send them out at anytime, I mean before I submit my common app?
