If you’re from the US and don’t speak another language, I would consider the colleges/universities in English-speaking countries. It seems common for students from the US to study in Canada and England.

This is a tough one.
Yes, UCLA’s minimum GPA requirement is 3.2, but to have a good chance at getting in you usually need significantly higher than the minimum. In our experience, it’s closer to 3.5.
