Chaminade University of Honolulu is a Catholic, comprehensive university sponsored by the Society of Mary. It is one of three Marianist universities in the world (the others being the University of Dayton, in Dayton, Ohio, and St. Mary's University in San Antonio, Texas.) Chaminade' s student population is one of the most diverse in the United States. 50% of our students are from Hawaii, 30% from the U.S. Mainland, 15% from the Pacific Islands, and 5% international .
