Minimum GPA for Applying:
Admission to SUNY Brockport as a transfer student is competitive. Although a minimum grade point average of 2.50 is required for consideration, it does not guarantee admission. Most admitted students have a GPA of 3.0 or better.

Minimum Grades for Transfer:
The lowest grade earned for any course that may be transferred for credit is D-.

Credits (Min/Max):
The max credits accepted from a 2-year is 64, and 90 from a 4-year. You must earn 120 credits at SUNY Brockport to earn a bachelor's degree.

Test Scores for Applying:
Students with less than 24 transferable college credits are also required to submit official high school transcripts and SAT/ACT scores for consideration.

Letters of Recommendation Required:
SUNY Brockport does not publish a requirement for letters of recommendation.
