The Print command in QuickBooks allows you to export your Quickbooks Check Register. You can save the register’s contents to a text-based file by printing on your check registry option. You can print this file to balance your account with the check register, keep physical copies to create a paper trail of deposited transactions or use the file as a backup copy.
